Our Front Foot Extensions are perfect for assisting in resistance training outside of the rack. They also help stabilise the rack and are required if using safety arms without bolting the rack down.
They allow you to add spotter arms off the front of the rack and have dedicated setups for benching and squatting without changing J-hook or safety height.
